This little fishing village has now become a very popular 'up market' resort with many stylish holiday villas. Avlaki is a five-minute drive from Kassiopi and Agios Stefanos. Here you’ll find a long, white-pebbled beach with clear water, ideal for swimming.

A small sailing school and water sports centre is open in peak season and a selection of tavernas and cafes serve local cuisine. At places such as Kaminaki, Nissaki, Kalami and Kerasia there are waterside tavernas where lunches are always leisurely, dinners are always romantic, and children are always welcome.

Lefki Thea villa  has 6 bedrooms and is up to 12 persons

Distance to the beach is 1000 meters.

Lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Laundry room.

Ground floor: Large comfortable living/dining room with fireplace. Spacious kitchen. 1 double bedroom with Jacuzzi and en suite bathroom. 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.

First Floor: Master bedroom with Jacuzzi and en suite bathroom. 2 twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Pool area: Large pool overlooking the Ionia Sea with Sunbeds and Hammock. Chillout area to relax or have a drink. Dining area. BBQ area.
